Sustainable Futures: Empowering Youth in Green Economy and Resilient Livelihoods

Project Goal

To promote sustainable natural resource management and climate resilience among youth and marginalized groups.

Objectives

  • Promote clean energy and environmental education
  • Improve access to green technologies and sustainable farming
  • Enhance inclusion of youth, women, and vulnerable groups

Key Activities & Achievements

  • Trained 193 households on clean energy; 274 adopted Changu Mbaula
  • Provided beekeeping startup capital to 66 participants
  • Trained 34 community reps on tree nursery management
  • Trained 30 youth in solar system installation
